Princeton University
Princeton University [Princeton University] BrE NAmE
one of the oldest and most respected universities in the US. It was established in 1746 and is in Princeton, ↑New Jersey. Its presidents have included Jonathan Edwards (1757–8) and Woodrow Wilson (1902–10). Princeton is known for its studies in international affairs, and it has a special relationship with the ↑Institute for Advanced Study.
