a British music festival which is held every year in either ↑Gloucester, ↑Hereford or ↑Worcester. The three cities take turns to hold the event. Much of the music is performed by their cathedral ↑choirs, though visiting ↑choirs also take part. Most of the performances also take place in the cathedrals. The festival was first held in 1724.
